Kane Brown first tasted fame when he became a contestant for the popular American television reality shows ‘American Idol’ and ‘The X-Factor’ in 2013. He quit the show when he was suggested to join a band.

Brown gained further popularity on social media with his homemade videos of song covers, notably his versions of Lee Brice’s ’I Don’t Dance’ and George Strait’s ’Check Yes or No’ in 2015.
