Rowan Blanchard is a prominent American actress born to yoga instructor parents. She has appeared on several Disney productions such as ‘Dance-a-Lot Robot’ (2010), ‘Invisible Sister’ (2015), and a mainstay on Disney Channel Circle of Stars. Nonetheless, it was on the Disney comedy television series ‘Girl Meets World’ (2014-2017) where she gained wider recognition.

Her parents gave her the beautiful name Rowan as inspired by Anne Rice’s first novel, ‘The Witching Hour”s (1990) main character, the talented neurosurgeon named Dr. Rowan Mayfair.

The staunch feminism, human rights, and gun violence activist admitted that she is queer and is ‘open to liking any gender.’
