Sir Van Morrison started a music career at an early age, playing instruments for various bands. It was in the 60s when he gained attention as the vocalist for the band Them, contributing the vocals for their famed song ‘Gloria’. Soon after, he pursued a solo career and released his hit song ‘Brown Eyed Girl’ in 1967. Morrison’s other popular hits included ‘Wild Night’ and ‘Domino’.
He was also known as Van the Man in the music industry and to his fans.
