In deciding for a baby name, what are the top 3 factors that you consider?

For me? JUst 1 and 3 mostly. I do not want my baby to have the same name as a hundred other people. My grandmother is Barbara Ann and also has a very common last name, and there are like hundreds of people with the same name on google.
