"ro" names are popular baby names for boys. At the height of their usage in 1943, 5.596% of baby boys were given "ro" names. There were 65 "ro" names ranked within the top 1000 baby names then. "ro" names have since experienced a decline in frequency, but in recent years they are nonetheless of heavy use. In 2018, 45 "ro" names listed among the top 1000, with a combined usage of 2.314%. Within all "ro" names, the English, German, Hebrew, and Polish Aaron was the most commonly used, with a ranking of #60 and a usage of 0.3086%.
